Calibration bench with embedded transducers to improve the quality of the assembly process.

Calibration is key to boost your productivity with high quality and a safe and traceable process. Delta Cart 2 offers a wide torque range from 0,2 to 2.000 Nm with 4 static transducers. You can design your own Delta Cart to suit your specific needs or choose from the selected models.

  • Ease of use: Organize and follow routes from station to station, with users access rights management. Store results of tests in a local database to prove that the necessary audits of the line were conducted. ​

Banc de testare a capacității sculei

Avantaje

  • Efectuați teste regulate și dovediți capacitatea și repetabilitatea sculelor dvs. de strângere.
  • Organizați și urmăriți traseele de la o stație la alta, cu gestionarea drepturilor de acces ale utilizatorilor
  • Urmăriți diagramele SPC X/R pentru a monitoriza starea mașinii dvs. și a decide când să o reglați sau să o reparați.
  • Efectuați o reglare a sculei pe baza standardelor dvs. interne (Eșantionare / Frecvență / Specificații)
  • Stocați rezultatele testelor într-o bază de date locală pentru a dovedi că au fost efectuate auditurile necesare ale liniei
  • Imprimați etichete pentru a atesta valabilitatea sculelor până la următoarea calibrare.
  • Bancul este echipat cu 4 celule pentru a acoperi gama de cupluri utilizate în atelierul dvs.
